Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing TruTronic for your shopping needs. We kindly ask you to review our shipping policy thoroughly before finalizing your order.

1. Processing Time

All orders are handled within 0 to 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after our 17:00 SAST Order Cut-Off Time will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We provide standard shipping for all orders, with deliveries occurring within 1 to 3 business days after processing is completed.

We have a standard shipping fee of R75.00, and purchases of R500.00 or above qualify for free shipping.

📝 Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may arise due to carrier issues, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. This number can be used on the carrier's website to monitor your package in real time.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within South Africa and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at sales@trutronic.co.za. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and strive to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.
