Refund policy

We aim for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If anything is amiss, here’s how we can assist you.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item was purchased within the last 30 days

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

• The item was not labeled as final sale or non-returnable

📝 Note: Certain product categories (such as digital downloads, perishable goods, and personalized items) may not qualify for return. Refer to Section 5 for exclusions.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please reach out to us at sales@trutronic.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will reply within 2 business days with instructions for the return.
Return the item to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and examine the item, we will process your refund.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please be aware that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

4. Exchanges

We facilitate exchanges for items of equal value. To request an exchange, follow the same procedure as for a return and specify the item you wish to receive in exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Digital products / downloadable content

• Perishable goods

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Items marked as Final Sale

• Items returned after the 30-day return window

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

We cover the costs of return shipping.
